Jake Law was great. Very prompt and courteous. I give the low rating because of Honda’s policy with the recall of my Ridgeline. The dealer had to inspect the tailgate Very prompt and courteous. I give the low rating because of Honda’s policy with the recall of my Ridgeline. The dealer had to inspect the tailgate harness to determine if it was faulty but could not order the part in advance. This results in me having to make 2 forty-five mile trips to get the repair made. Part should have already been at the dealer the first time. The recall is Honda’s fault but they also inconvenience their customers in the process. More

Don't have a news show on the lobby TV. I would suggest a home improvement show. Fox "news" was on the tv. After they have admitted to not being truthful with their news broadcast I have I would suggest a home improvement show. Fox "news" was on the tv. After they have admitted to not being truthful with their news broadcast I have stopped watching them. I don't want to have to wait 1.5 hrs. for an oil change and have to listen to this crap. Stay neutral on the TV. More
