Wow Steve, Mikayla was off base leaving a store and getting back into her car when she saw a guy approaching her car reaching for the passenger door, thankfully you sold her a car with a door safety fe getting back into her car when she saw a guy approaching her car reaching for the passenger door, thankfully you sold her a car with a door safety feature. She drove away quickly and called 911, the cops are looking for him now! I can’t imagine what would have happened if you didn’t make sure her new car had those features. Unfortunately, my wife waited 1 hour before the service advisor came to her and figured out that this was a Honda company lease vehicle and that she needed to change the billing. This changed everything, a advisor came to her and figured out that this was a Honda company lease vehicle and that she needed to change the billing. This changed everything, and my wife was asked to come back to get the tire fixed for a third time. Not a big deal but more frustrating than anything that it couldn't have been fixed the first time. This could have been avoided if the service advisor took a minute to look or asked if this was a company vehicle. Not a big deal as your team has done a great job for us in the past. Not sure what happened with this one. More
