I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised on this trip to Lou Sobh Honda. I have a 2015 Accord Hybrid that has never needed anything but regular maintenance. I hadn't driven it in over a week and when I st Lou Sobh Honda. I have a 2015 Accord Hybrid that has never needed anything but regular maintenance. I hadn't driven it in over a week and when I started it up, there was an unusual vibration. I brought it in and was told there would likely be a $69 diagnostic fee. At the end of the day, I received a call from Tala saying they were unable to find anything via OBD codes or a test drive to indicate that there was a problem. I was told that there might have just been "a bit of carbon that had gotten stuck on a spark plug causing a temporary misfire." A less honest dealer would have tried to sell me an induction cleaning or new plugs or fuel injector cleaning or any number of other things. Not only did they NOT try to sell me something I didn't need, They didn't charge for the diagnostic at all because they didn't find anything! That is great service--treating others the way they would want to be treated. Seems like I've heard that somewhere before!! More
