I was able to be accommodated with a last-minute reservation slot, and the service advisor Jimmy was very professional. There are likely lower cost service options, but I expect the Honda OEM brake reservation slot, and the service advisor Jimmy was very professional. There are likely lower cost service options, but I expect the Honda OEM brake pads will be durable and not shed as much black brake dust as cheaper options. More

I had a 11:00 appointment on a Thursday and at 3:30 my car still had not been looked at. I had to call them for any updates. I was very frustrated, I told them I was on my way to pick my car up. I asked to speak to a manager, because my tech or car was not to be seen. Another tech asked me what the problem was & I told him. He sympathized with my dilemma and told me a rental car would be waiting for me when I came back, plus the maintenance would be done free of charge. He also had my car detailed when I picked my car up and my problem was solved with my car. He went above and beyond More
