Nick was excellent to work with. I arrived 15 minutes early and he did not hesitate to take my info and get my oil change started. I was anticipating an hour wait but I think we were only there for 30 minutes! It was a smooth process and I’ll be back next service! More

I am TRUSTING that all the work I paid for was completed. Given that the service team couldn’t take 2 minutes to vacuum out the car I am operating on faith that my car is now travel ready and that I did get Given that the service team couldn’t take 2 minutes to vacuum out the car I am operating on faith that my car is now travel ready and that I did get new front brakes as well as brAke fluid, transmission fluid and cooling system flush. I addressed this to both my service advisor and the Service Manager by email but have yet to receive a response. Suggest you make sure that you have someone who makes the follow up calls learn to LISTEN as well as someone who can speak ENGLISH. I told the person with a very thick Asian accent that I had already addressed my concern with my service advisor and she ignored my comments and proceeded to her canned checklist of questions. I have marked YES on would I recommend this dealership only because it is the closest to my home. More
