Professional & prompt sales person I inquired about a vehicle listed on Autotrader. Ms. Jorge responded promptly, was knowledgeable and worked to make the deal happen. Unfortunately, we could not come to terms on a price since the dealer added a "Honda Certification" fee and $798 doc fee to the list price. After purchasing three Honda certified vehicles in the last few years, this was the first time a dealer added a fee to the list price. Disappointed but impressed with Ms. Jorge. More

H This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. First off, let me say that I live in Tennessee and did not plan to purchase outside the state. However, none of the local dealers had the color and trim level that I wanted for the Honda CRV EX-L Hybrid. This vehicle has just been introduced to the market, so I expected I might have to wait a while. In the meantime, out of curiosity, I sent an internet inquiry to Lou Sobh Honda. Within minutes, I received a call from Tom. We discussed the vehicle. My only reservation was that I did not want to make a seven-hour round trip to get a car. No problem, said Tom. My wife and I will drive it up to you. Voilà. I had my Honda. Thank you so much. It is wonderful meeting such nice people. More

I had a follow up visit to the service department to address a couple of very minor details with the cpo 2017 Ridgeline I had purchased here about a month ago. Ryan Esloon checked me in and could not have handled things better or more quickly! I was seriously impressed! He gets 5 stars from me for his professional and competent handling of my situation. Also, while I was waiting, my sales representative, Nick Guidry, noticed me and came over to say hello and check on how I was doing with my new vehicle - again, top notch professionalism! This has been my experience with all of the folks I have dealt with at Lou Sobh Honda, including Reza Moshiri in management and Amanda in the finance department.
