Done right and quickly Took my CRV into Lou Solb Honda for brakes, oil change and tire rotation at 8:45AM on Jan 2. Justin, my service writer, greeted me and had the repair order ready to sign. A very friendly shuttle driver left me home.. At 1PM Justin called to say the CRV was ready and sent Elma to pick me up. We had a chat on the way. Justin had the car and papers ready. I worked all my life in the auto industry and know this is how to treat a customer. Even got 10% off with the coupon I received in the mail. Great job all of you! More

I felt like the dealer wanted to work with me and make a sale that works out for both parties. I drove out feeling that I got a fair deal. The car is fantastic. The service was exceptional. They have a real pro on the finance team, Amanda. I got the extended warrantee - I know the car will run for a long time, but the computers they put in all cars today may need some work in time. Just like a home PC typically needs work/upgrades in 5 years. I love my new car! More
