Had a great experience at the Lou Sobh Honda at Cumming. I went to other dealerships or called them regarding the car I was looking for but the experiences varied from place to place. I called Lou Sobh arou I went to other dealerships or called them regarding the car I was looking for but the experiences varied from place to place. I called Lou Sobh around 4 pm and spoke to Zach. We agreed to meet around 6 pm. I came in and was greeted by smiling faces. Zach Merrick and Nick Guidry helped me with the test drive, the trade-in process and gave me a good price! Great Experience My wife and I had an excellent car buying experience. We went expecting to just start the process and actually close in a couple days. We were met by Jim Walendziak (a salesman) and Jim Milam (sales manager). Both treated us very well and did not apply any hard sell techniques. We closed the deal the same day and felt very good about the transaction. In the 40+ years of car buying, this was the best experience I had. Even the fiance process was painless. More
