I ordered something from the parts department an Heather at Lou Sobh service is amazing and always goes the extra mile to take care of her customers! I ordered something from the parts department and didn’t need service that day but since I’m a regular customer of hers, she picked up the part for me from the parts department and brought it to my car directly so I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of parking and going in. I didn’t ask her to do that, she just saw me pull in and saw I had an order, so she jumped on it!! More
