Since a friend, Randy Huebner, recently moved to the parts dept. of Lou Sobh, I decided to give the dealership a try. Every one there was very pleasant and helpful. The process to repair the airbag took just over an hour and that included a total automobile evaluation and a free carwash. I just found my go to Honda Dealership. Thanks to everyone who helped out. Each time the sale staff went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. The service department is outstanding. I was not a fan of dealer service department prior to doing business with Lou Sobh Honda but they have changed my mind. Shannon is my service adviser and he does a great job. I have not had an issue with any service or repair and their prices are reasonable. I even take my Ford F-150 there for service. My daughter will be needing a car soon and we will visit Lou Sobh Honda to get it for her. More
