True service I went for my regular oil change. As always, the staff is friendly and responded quickly. They completed the work in the time quoted. But the true I went for my regular oil change. But the true service was when Heather (my service rep) came and told me that my battery failed their standard test. I then remembered that my car had been having difficulty starting a few times. I immediately had the battery replaced. Thanks to their focus on taking care of their customers, I was spared the hassle of being stranded somewhere when my battery finally failed completely.
