Quick, effiicent and no hassle. Brought car in for a recall. Service team performed the replacement required, battery sensor, and informed me that my battery had a bad cell. They gave me a competitive price, but since my current battery was under warranty, I chose to take it elsewhere for replacement. They gave me a report that indicated the issue and I took it to Advanced for replacement. No hassles or pressure to buy, which is unique to dealerships. I will bring my car in to Lou Sobh for my next service, as I was pleasantly surprised! More

Surprise Service While I was gone on vacation my adult son borrowed my car. He called me after two weeks to say the battery was dead. I told him to take it to Lou Sobh While I was gone on vacation my adult son borrowed my car. He called me after two weeks to say the battery was dead. I told him to take it to Lou Sobh Cumming and let them check it out. He suggested it would be quicker (for him) to just go to Auto Zone and let them install a new one. I emphasized that I "always" use the dealer for all my automobile servicing and that he should go to the dealer as I suggested. He reported to me later that the dealer (Service Advisor Bonnie) had checked out the battery and it was indeed dead and needed to be replaced. She found that it was covered by the dealer warranty so we received a new battery from Honda. Thank you More
Service with an Unexpected Upside My Son took his car into get service, and advised he was waiting for the car, however, there must have been a miscommunication. After a couple of hours had passed, and past the time he was told it would be ready, he needed to go to work. He called me (Dad) to come an pick him up and take him to work, when I spoke to the Service Advisor, they acknowledge the time, however, they though he left it and wasn't waiting. Once they found out he was still there, they completed his service in a timely fashion, he made it to work, a little late. As an apology for the confusion, they gave us a free oil change on them, the next time... I didn't ask for it, they did it just because... and that is the reason for my rating. They didn't do anything wrong, it was just a miscommunication (probably on my Son's side, you know how teenagers are...) regardless, they created an unexpected upside... so Thank You. More
