The dealership is immaculate, you are greeted immediately as you pull in and they expedite you thru the process as they are respectful of your time spent waiting for your vehicle. They have a very nice waiting area with great coffee options and refreshments. They do a nice job washing the vehicle as well before they send you on your way. Keep up the Good work !!! More

Great Experience! I had recently gotten my used Honda from another dealer out of state and there was a vibrating noise in the dash that was driving me crazy. I originally called another dealer (Milton Martin) that was closer to my house to make my appointment and they were very rude on the phone so I decided to go with Lou Sobh. From making my appointment to getting my car back from the service department at Lou Sobh, my service was phenomenal. For one, I was very surprised and pleased with the amount of women working in the service department. This is something you do not see very often. Secondly, everyone working in the service department was friendly, fast, and had a smile on their face. Last, when I had gotten my car back, it had been washed, for free. This was a nice touch. When my car requires servicing (oil change, etc) I will be going to Lou Sobh! More
