The check on my vehicle identified the need for the upgrade which then was subsequently made and which I could feel the difference after leaving the dealership. Mike kept me informed of the status on the order as he made many checks for me. He gave me a reason for the upgrade and the change would put my mind at ease. Great service Our new 2017 CRV was due for routine maintenance- oil change and tire rotation. The tire pressure light came on th day before we took the car in. Everyone was polite professional and the tire repair came in under the estimate. They took the time to explain the service to me. I would highly recommend dealership.
