No waiting for an unreasonable amount of time in the "getting my manager's approval" game. Victor was helpful and accommodating to my schedule. Sales manager took time to introduce himself. Finance person was a tiny bit pressuring on buying an extended warranty but not enough for me to get really annoyed at it. In addition, from visiting several Honda dealerships online, Lou Sobh appears to have better pricing on their vehicles. More

As promised he emailed us when he had inventory on the lot that was exactly as we had described. He obtained the price point we asked for all while being friendly and educating our daughter on her first car buying experience without being pushy! He is honest & friendly.
