Awesome dealership I had been looking for a 2015 CRV for my wife as a birthday present. I dealt with 4 other dealers that wanted to drag their feet. We drove through one I had been looking for a 2015 CRV for my wife as a birthday present. I dealt with 4 other dealers that wanted to drag their feet. We drove through one night to recheck inventory when Nick drove out to meet us in the freezing cold. We spoke on the phone several times before I stopped back by. When I came back in to work the deal, we were out of the dealership in 15 minutes and he was having the car transferred in. Nick called a few hours later to let me know the car was there. He then had it ready with a big red bow on it for her when we picked it up. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will send everyone I know his way that is ready for a new car. A new experience After purchasing cars for many years in large multi-franchise multi-state dealerships I was surprised at the ease of this transaction from beginning t After purchasing cars for many years in large multi-franchise multi-state dealerships I was surprised at the ease of this transaction from beginning to end. The car was well priced, prep was excellent, and the walk through after the purchase was well done-- a necessity in one of the new models with all the electronics and features such cars have today. For example, even though it was a 2015 model the printed instruction manual (for 2015) was already out of date, explaining why a CD was included that took care of the modifications in mostly the electronics. The manager checked on our progress frequently during the whole procedure to make sure I did not have any questions and that I was being taken care of properly. Pressure on a decision or anything else was non-existent. Before it was over my son, who accompanied me through the process, which included several brands and dealers, decided to stop putting off replacing his wife's ancient car at this dealer, even though he had bought a new car for himself less than two months ago from a different dealer and a different brand. More
