It was great speaking with someone who knew what they were talking about, and didn't have to constantly walk away to get an answer to a question. He met our every need, and we where very impressed with the whole dealership. I have never purchased any kind of extended warranty, but Scott was very convincing and even lowered our APR. I will definitely recommend Nick and Scott to anyone looking for a Honda. We will be back again. Thank you guys More

After deciding that I was going to tell World to shove it, I went to Lou Sobh to look around, having decided that I wanted an Odyssey and nothing else with specific options. I live in a different state and was down in Georgia for a good chunk of time, the staff did almost everything that had to be done to meet the other state's requirements to register. In fact when I called my registration office, they were concerned that since there is such a large distance between the two that not everything I would need to register would be included and in fact it was, (taxes and all!). I was so relieved to find out that there were only two items that I still had to sign and one that had to be notarized. More

When we approached the service desk to get an ETA at 2 hour mark, they scrambled to pull our van out of the overflow lot...it hadn't even been looked at yet...their excuse was that they had a lot of airbag recalls that were coming in. LONG STORY SHORT, your appointment time doesn't matter, it is whatever order they feel like. The rattle is a manufacturer issue and that will now take another hour of discussion because we have been referred around like a ping pong ball. Thanks for wasting my day off and I'll be sure to let friends and coworkers know when you need a service center DO NOT waste half a day here. Although they did leave me more than enough time to negatively review them. Whoopsie. More

I got price from Internet dept David Kellam and was $2000+++ higher than other dealership I got price from. I ended up not buying at that time due to just getting busy. I revisited buying this week and emailed David just to let me know of upcoming specials. He was very rude and said I missed deal before. He was clearly trying to stick it to me for some reason. There are plenty of dealerships to buy from, and I wouldn't recommend Lou Sobh Honda Judy due to human courtesy. I was looking for new car for my wife. We bought elsewhere. It doesn't look like David Kellam works at Lou Sobh anymore, which is good. More
Perfect Buying Experience Stopped in Dealership to see a used Honda CR-V I found on Cars.com. I was met by Nick Scofield as I was looking for the vehicle and he told me it was Stopped in Dealership to see a used Honda CR-V I found on Cars.com. I was met by Nick Scofield as I was looking for the vehicle and he told me it was out on a loaner program for a few hours so I told him i'd check back later. The next morning Nick called me and told me the car was back and ready to show. Honestly, I had thought I would not go back but Nick was so positive and knowledgable about the car that he convinced me to consider coming in to take a look. The car was everything he said it would be and Nick was just outstanding to work with throughout the negotiation process. Every detail was very professional from start to finish. Couldn't be happier!!! More

I was greeted in the parking lot by a sales representative, Mr. David Smith. David was very welcoming and hospitable throughout our entire time at the dealership. We really felt like we got to know him during the car buying experience as he was very genuine in helping us find a vehicle that would fit our budget and needs. Having previously experienced a very negative buying transaction at a dealership in Marietta, David helped to restore our confidence in honest sales. Without exaggeration, our car buying experience at Lou Sobh was the best we have experienced so far. We really feel as though David and Tom in finance helped get us into an affordable and reliable minivan. I have already told family in the area of the great experience and I know if we ever need to buy another car it will be at Lou Sobh. Thank you! More

I took our civic in for transmission service knowing ahead of time that there is much work to be done and they never tried to sell me any additional products or service. They informed me of what they noticed in their inspection, but never tried to push or manipulate us into doing additional work. Because of this we will take our vehicle to this dealer for all future repairs. Enough can't be said for honest business practices! Thank you! More
