We were greeted by our salesman Ted and from the start he felt like our advocate not constantly upselling everything under the sun. We knew what we wanted and he was fine with that he didn't push anything. Ted had answers to all of our questions on all of the accessories Honda offers for the odyssey. All I can say is I am glad we walked into Lou Sobh and met Ted. Any Honda dealership can sell you a Honda but only Lou Sobh Honda can make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door.
