My purchase process went into after hours and never once was I pressured to hurry up and felt all pertinent information was communicated, even the time to connect my phone to the car. I am so pleased with my experience and will highly recommend this Lou Sobh dealership, as well as return there for service (Stephanie Love is outstanding) and any other future car needs.
