I have gone to Lou Sobh Honda for a long time. I have always been very happy with the service I have received there. However this time there was a mix-up. I thought the service associate and I had agreed to do an oil change and a transmission fluid change but they only did the oil change. Not sure what happened there. I did not have time to wait for them to do the transmission service, will have to go back another time. Disappointing. More
