Excellent first service experience with one glitch. About 30 minutes drive after the service visit the maintenance minder displayed a "wrench" indicating service due. Checking the manual, I concluded a reset input must have been missed and I entered it. Phone call volume to Sobh and disconnections made it difficult to reach anyone in the service department to confirm there was no other possible issue, but Justin Britt followed up later. Otherwise, all good: professional, courteous service was performed right on time as scheduled and was completed in less than estimated time. Justin was proactive in applying an available tire rotation discount. The car was readied clean, with correct oil level and the inspection report was emailed as promised. Overall, a very good job.
