I have given 5 start rating the past but this time experience was very bad. The service advisor didn’t keep me posted about progress even after 3 hours dropping car. Them finally I had to drive to de experience was very bad. The service advisor didn’t keep me posted about progress even after 3 hours dropping car. Them finally I had to drive to dealership to ask for update. Finally they stated working on my car and finished one of request. I ended up wasting my week end for nothing. Also she never obliged to listen to apply customer coupon for Costco auto discount. I never had bad experience like this before. Hopefully management will into this case take some action. More

Rashed Khan in the service department provided excellent customer service when I brought my car in for a recall notice that I received. Heather and Lou Sobh are the best.
