First time I visited the dealership for service. I was greeted right away and Ryan took care of me. The waiting area was very nice. My car was ready within an hour. The experience I had buying my car there was outstanding especially compared to the many other dealers I dealt with. The technicians at this location have the worst attitude. I arrived before my appointment and I was told they couldn't find my appointment. They tried to charge me for an inspection when I'm doing them a fav I arrived before my appointment and I was told they couldn't find my appointment. They tried to charge me for an inspection when I'm doing them a favor by having them look at the repairs after I was rear-ended and had it repaired by the at-fault party. I was told that they don't make that decision after the lease is completed when I was told different by the rep at Honda Financial. Then today, I call to question why my tires are already worn down at less than 24,000 miles, and after being transferred four times, I spoke with the rudest man in the service department. He told me that the tires will get maybe 25,000 miles and the warranty on tires is a business tactic to sell more tires. I called another dealership and was explained WHY my tires are worn at this mileage and it made perfect sense. This is unacceptable if you want repeat business, but maybe you don't care about customers. I will not do business with this location again. More
