I have been going to Lou Soh Honda for years since my 2019 new Odyssey. I have spent a lot of $$$ on maintenance with them. I just spent over $300 on a transmission fluid two weeks ago. I have also done 2019 new Odyssey. I have spent a lot of $$$ on maintenance with them. I just spent over $300 on a transmission fluid two weeks ago. I have also done oil changes, alignment multiple times. Today the battery died in the minivan. I went to jump it started running got where I needed. The go back to start still dead. I went to look at the battery and it clearly shows a label with 100 months warranty. Went to Lou Sob Honda the service person scrolled through pages of maintenance records did not even wanted the help, honor the warranty or even prorate the battery. His exact words "we are a franchise we do not honor these things from Honda" why does Lou Sohn Honda does not honor the 100 month battery warranty when there was a CLEAR label on the battery itself ? DISHONEST, NOT customer oriented, not customer service driven franchise !!! I called Honda company service directly hey gave me a case number and they clearly told me they should have serviced the battery. I do not recommend Lou Sohn Honda as a dealer, the worst experience of a car dealer I ever had!! !! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! More
