Walked in and was entered in within 5 minutes. Estimated time for service was 1 1/2 to 2 hours, but I was out in 45 minutes. Even gave the car a bath before sending me on my way. I love how they always greet me warmly upon pulling into the service garage and walk me back to their desk. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with free coffee and water.
