The dealership is beautiful and Infiniti’s are awesome cars, but there’s not a pretentious person in there. We are made to feel welcome and right at home. Natalie made wonderful efforts to accommodate our time constraints that day, helped us get an extraordinary price on a QX80, and was so lovely with our rambunctious kids. She is knowledgeable and put no pressure on us whatsoever. Additionally, I’ll say that with both my Q50 and our new car, Louisville Infiniti has worked better with me on giving me very generous amounts in trades and deals on cars than many other dealerships historically, and my husband couldn’t love his car more . . Thank you, Natalie, sales manager, finance department, and the service department, for everything that you’ve done over the years!!!! We will be back, many times! More

There is never a wait for service, and we were provided with an awesome service loaner overnight. Our car, which was new anyway, was washed and detailed inside and out upon return.
