A year ago I went to Loyalty Chevy and spoke with Laine Wrann who was a sales agent at the time... come to find out I wasn't ready at the time to buy a car. A year later I've done all the things she said could help me get a car and Dennis Wike was my sales agent this time. He was one of the BEST sales agents I've ever had the privileage of dealing with. He went above and beyond to help me get an upgraded car and keep it within my price range for payments. He also did something that no other sales person I've ever dealt with.. he literally showed me all the perks of the car and how to work everything. I've never had anyone do that for me. It was nice being able to know how the ENTIRE car works. He also kept checking on me throughout the day and made sure I had a drink and made sure I was alright. With it being a holiday weekend the banks were working a little slow, so I was in there a BIT longer than anticipated. After I was through with him and found out I got approved I then went and finished the papework with Laine. When I first walked in that day she came up to me and greeted me again and hugged me and made me feel VERY proud of accomplishing what was needed to get a newer car. Dennis and Laine surprised me in the end b/c I ended up getting a newer used car and was nervous my price/month was going to be outrangeous. They were able to not only keep my monthly payments on the car down but I also have GAP coverage on the car AND my car is covered if anything happens to it. I get lifetime oil changes, state inspections, towing and transmission. Loyalty Chevy is one of the BEST dealerships I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I ended up crying at the end of it all b/c they surprised me with all the perks. I felt very special when all was said and done. More

I'm really getting frustrated with all these review sites defaulting to one star. I want to give this place zero stars! This place is the epitome of all the "car dealership" stereotypes. They will they to take you for every dollar and aren't willing to negotiate on their end AT ALL! Doesn't matter that the dealership down the road has the same car with no ridiculous $3k "market adjustment", doesn't matter that other dealership will give you more money for your trade IN WRITING, doesn't matter that you're a family trying to negotiate the best deal. They smugly stay in their office behind their ridiculous and gaudy desk and act like the tables will never turn in the car market. Zero interest in building relationship, which is ironic considering "loyalty" is in their name! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
