Rick was amazing to work with! He helped me buy my first car all by myself. He told me everything I needed to know and worked with me and my guide lines I wanted in a car. His service was fast and very helpful. If you go to Lubbers ask for him, I promise he won’t let you down!

I would not let them work on any more of my cars or trucks. They tell you it is ready to pick up and you pay your bill. Then it doesn't run. Then they say o well not our problem.

They're are efficient and straight too the point. I know I can make an appointment and know it will be done soon and in the order it come in unlike some of their other companies. The let me know what I need done and what my car needs outside of what I already know.

In December I unfortunately had to get some engine work done on my '07 Suburban. The folks in the service department were very professional. The service desk lady, Pam, was very patient in explaining what was involved. I may be old-fashioned but I was impressed that she knew as much as she did! It ended up being an expensive repair that I had no choice but to do, but it really made me feel better about it the way she worked with me. I will definitely refer my friends to Lubbers.

Drove 26.5 miles to get my oil changed. Told me 2.5 hours. Mechanics didn't look busy. No customer consideration,dirty shop,not organized,hap hazard attitude. Managed to get my nitrogen checked in my tires, after telling them twice, it's nitrogen, not air. I bought this vehicle new, from their dealership. Will not by another from them.

I love working with these people. They always seem to bend over backwards to help me. I am greeted with a smile on every visit. I own a 2007 Mustang GT Convertable and it had a bad top and my local dealer (mel hambelton) refused to fix it under warranty, Lubbers steped up to the plate and got me a brand new top and it was replaced under warranty. A big thanks to Doug and Tim at Lubbers!!!
