In December I unfortunately had to get some engine work done on my '07 Suburban. The folks in the service department were very professional. Drove 26.5 miles to get my oil changed. Told me 2.5 hours. Mechanics didn't look busy. No customer consideration,dirty shop,not organized,hap hazard attitude. I love working with these people. They always seem to bend over backwards to help me. I am greeted with a smile on every visit. I own a 2007 Mustang GT Convertable and it had a bad top and my local deale bend over backwards to help me. I am greeted with a smile on every visit. I own a 2007 Mustang GT Convertable and it had a bad top and my local dealer (mel hambelton) refused to fix it under warranty, Lubbers steped up to the plate and got me a brand new top and it was replaced under warranty.
