Not punctual with appointment times. Long waiting time for service to be complete. Cold and gloomy waiting room. Vending machines out of order. Coffee pot and cups present but no coffee located in waiting room. Employees were able to utilize coffee pot only. Came in for oil change and replace car battery. Checked under the hood prior to leaving found positive protection cover for positive terminal was missing. Located the RED cover down inside engine compartment. I had to inquire about the warranty on the battery from the service desk. Didn't see any information about the warranty on paperwork received. For the price of the work I paid, I feel the Dealership/Service Dept. could do better for the customers comfort and quality of workmanship. Good service can make or break a company. More
