I have a 2018 GMC Sierra with some thing like 75,000 miles plus on her. I started to have a vibration about every 5 seconds. I was thinking my torque converter as going bad. Dealer ship new the problem, I guess this is a common issue especially for the 8 speed transmission which I have. They scheduled me for a transmission flush at 9 AM said it would take 3 hours. I did not get the vehicle until 5 PM. I was shocked at the price over $500. The vehicle is working fine now. Hope it continues. More
I ordered Weather mats for my 22 Buick from GM. It was not too long til time for oil chg so I scheduled the oil chg early so I did not waste a 50 mile trip for just mats. They called to say mats came and I told him I would wait to get them so I could schedule the oil chg. I called to verify the mats were there a few days before. They said yes. When I went they changed the oil but had sold my mats but said they will order more. So that made me have another trip. Right before Christmas. More
Dealer done a great job. Took a little longer then expected cause computer couldn't find the codes, but once they got it they fixed it in no time. This is the First and last time I’ll purchase a truck from Lugoff Chevy.. Unprofessional you have Saleman and the internet Saleman wearing backward caps. The music was so loud I had to go outside to call my insurance co. The truck was filthy on the outside when I took delivery. The diesel fuel had 40 miles to empty and the def fluid was almost empty.The Saleman told me the owner said we don’t fill them up anymore.The tires on the side still had markings with crayon from the factory.I’m Chevy guy all the way but this dealership needs a lot of training. My father was a Chevrolet dealer up north and I can say heads would be rolling if that was his staff.I hope I hear from someone from this dealership that represents them soon. More
I purchased a new Silverado on 10-6, it broke down on 10-28. Your dealership couldn’t get me in til 11-2 and had my truck until 11-21. I completely understand that mechanical failures happen, thus the warranty, what I do find unacceptable is that I use my truck for my business and dealership would not provide a loaner vehicle capable of pulling a trailer, so I was left essentially unemployed for 3+weeks. To add insult to injury my 1st payment was due and made while sitting at your dealership 😡 I also never received any updates about truck unless I inquired in person, in fact the only phone call I ever received was that it was ready to be picked up in 11-21. Complete lack of customer service, and has made me question my brand loyalty, as I’ve purchased 3 new Silverados over the last 5 years. I went into the sales department after my truck had been there for 2+ weeks to see about a similar used truck(lower optioned than mine) so I could get back to earning an income, and your Sales Manager came back with a proposal of me going and additional $9000 in debt, bc I quote(my truck had low trade in value bc it wasn’t functioning properly, and they didn’t know when the repair parts would arrive) 😡 More
My salesmen was Mason and I kid you not, from first contact he made it clear that my needs and wants were the priority in the process. I was VERY picky about what I wanted and Mason was so patient with me answering each and every question (sometimes the same ones multiple times). He was so knowledgeable and that’s what sold me on purchasing my 2023 Buick Encore GX from this dealership. Then! They even sent someone to my job to pick me up and bring me in when it was time to buy. I had to get back for an afternoon meeting so they planned ahead and had all of the paperwork printed and ready to be signed as well as my new car detailed and gassed up. This was literally the smoothest, most stress-free car buying process EVER! Everyone came and shook my hand (sales manager, finance manager, detail guy) and made me feel soo very welcome, which was important because I was a skeptical about going alone as a woman to the dealership. Highly recommend this dealership—ask for Mason in sales! More
