1. The salesman Rahmik is excellent 2. The dealership is terrible. My ex husband and I a baggie of illicit substance inside steering column a day after the car was delivered to us We went to the dealership terrible. No one in that dealership reached out or offered a reasonable explanation/assistance/ or make it right approach to this situation. We asked that Mark Mason, who is the owner, to call me, so far, I still haven't heard from him. 3. They owe me a tow hitch. After two days, no one in that dealership scheduled anything to get it done. I had to call the service department myself to schedule this tow hitch installation. 4. The dealership was supposed to clean/detail or at least remove that Galeana dealer sticker on the back of the truck. When it was delivered to my home, the truck was still dirty, and still had that Galeana dealer sticker. And they didn't clean the truck. Still had previous owner dog hair in the seats. 5. This is the worst experience I have had with this dealer. If I can redo everything, I would run away. And I will never ever recommend this dealer to any of my family, friends coworkers, or neighbors. First the service center was open a Saturday was a blessing. I was able to get right in the door to get my truck serviced and take care of the warranty work on the passenger air bag. Service was a little more expensive than my normal service shop. They are not open on Saturday when it is convenient to me. Sounds like I may have a new service center. More
Honestly the employees were nice in terms of greeting and courtesy. However, they didn’t reset my oil engine life to 100%. I had to turn around and pull back in the lot to have it reset. Once I got home I re courtesy. However, they didn’t reset my oil engine life to 100%. I had to turn around and pull back in the lot to have it reset. Once I got home I realized they didn’t change the mileage tag to let me know when I need to come back and get my oil changed. I looked at the receipt to see . My truck had about 305k. However they put on the paperwork that my truck has 148k. Thats not even a mistake that’s careless. I was skeptical about visiting bc I stick with 1 dealership. My oil change was about $30 more than I’m used to paying at another Chevrolet dealership and that perfectly fine. You get what you pay for. However in this case I don’t think I’ll ever revisit or even recommend anyone too. There is no way at a Chevrolet dealership I have to ask to get my oil life percent changed back to 100. And tbh at could’ve been an honest mistake but to put in 148k when my mileage was close to 305k is beyond me. Which means if anything goes wrong with my truck I can’t even show my receipt bc he put the mileage in incorrectly. More
