The service was very helpful and seemed to be familiar with the problem that my car was having. We thought we may be without a vehicle for a while because the part would have to be ordered. He also helped us with having the repair covered under warranty since we had been experiencing this issue about 4 months after purchasing the car, but the dealership where we purchased the car was never able to find the problem.
