Service was overbooked so my vehicle wasn’t able to be worked on the 1st time. When I scheduled a 2nd appointment, I didn’t have any issues. Not punctual with appointment times. Long waiting time for service to be complete. Cold and gloomy waiting room. Vending machines out of order. Checked under the hood prior to leaving found positive protection cover for positive terminal was missing. Located the RED cover down inside engine compartment. I had to inquire about the warranty on the battery from the service desk. Didn't see any information about the warranty on paperwork received. For the price of the work I paid, I feel the Dealership/Service Dept. could do better for the customers comfort and quality of workmanship. Good service can make or break a company. More
