I first sent an email on Lundgren’s website saying I was interested in taking a look at a vehicle. James replied the next day. I must say, I have never dealt with a car dealer or dealership and left feeling interested in taking a look at a vehicle. James replied the next day. There was never any pressure and he was so easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was dumb or wasting his time.
