Andrew was very helpful with information on the 2022 Honda Passport. I ordered one in a different color then the one I ended up purchasing but I couldn't be happier with my choice. This Memorial Day, headed back home to NYC with my daughter, I realized I lost the car fob. We were towed to Lundgren Honda, learned the service dept was closed for the holiday, and the tow truck drov daughter, I realized I lost the car fob. We were towed to Lundgren Honda, learned the service dept was closed for the holiday, and the tow truck drove away. The manager (?) told us there was nothing he could do, and eventually closed and locked the doors behind us. But Connie came out to the parking lot to make sure we were ok. She offered help, made sure we were ok, and gave us next steps; we found a hotel, came back at 7:30am, met Rob the awesome service manager, had a new fob in hand by 8:30am, and were back on the road. Connie's kindness, Rob's friendly, speedy efficiency, actually offset the manager's (?) cold treatment of us. Even though the next morning he laughed at us when we walked back in, saying "wow did you guys spend the night here?" It seemed really cruel, especially considering his behavior the day prior, but Connie and Rob were so kind, which was what my daughter and I took away from the experience. Please give them both our thanks-they had no reason to be nice to us, but they sure were. :) More

I recently had my car inspected at one of those quick stop garages in Hadley, MA and it failed inspection. I was asked to come into the garage as they’d put the car on the lift and a mechanic explained I stop garages in Hadley, MA and it failed inspection. I was asked to come into the garage as they’d put the car on the lift and a mechanic explained I needed a new muffler and perhaps one of the connecting pipes. He said there probably was a hole on top of the muffler. They could have the parts in an hour and the cost would be approximately $1000.00. Having some doubts and because I’d never used this garage for repairs (other than for annual car inspections), I called a garage I’ve used in the past: Lundgren Honda in Greenfield, MA and spoke with Jon. He gave me an appointment within the week and they found the muffler and pipe were fine…I only needed to replace a rusty flange. Total cost: under $250.00. Granted if the muffler or connecting pipe needed to be replaced, I would do it willingly. At the Hadley Garage, it seemed like a hard sell and I felt I was being taken advantage of because I failed the annual auto inspection. I liked Jon, the Service Advisor I dealt with at Lundgren Honda and felt I was in good hands. For 30 or so years my sister has had her car serviced under the guidance of Rob Avery, the Service Manager at Lundgren Honda and trusts him explicitly. I like the atmosphere at Lundgren and find people are friendly and helpful and in this case, they saved me lots of money! More
