Trash put in my car and preset stations changed! Before I get into the bad, the service managers seemed to care. They were so pleasant (Lisa and John). My car had been detailed days before the service and when I left the dealership I found a Holiday station store bag with a sandwhich wrapper (biscuit with sausage and cheese) and an empty Starbucks double shot espresso can shoved under my passanger seat. To top that off my preset stations were no more! Although the service manager tried to make it right, I will not be going back. In fact, I traded the car in for a Toyota. More

Good experience, could improve I came in for regular maintenance and ended up having quite a lot of work done, nearly $500. Friendly enough, but not good communicators. My sales person did lack knowledge of the differences between models in some respects. She was easy going, but was distracted easily. Everyone here was very nice, but couldn't communicate answers to some very specific questions. Ie. When would my vehicle arrive, when would it be ready to pick up, and how much would it cost. This was disappointing. If you're looking for friendly people, this is a very good place to go. If you're looking for efficiency, go elsewhere. Kris, in management, was a standout for follow through and Noah was pretty effective as well. More
