We recently purchased a new 2023 Ioniq5 Limited. This was a big decision as we had never considered an EV before. She immediately impressed us with her phone manner and willingness to help. We scheduled a time to meet and she had a vehicle ready to drive. Alexandra did an excellent job answering our questions and informing us about the operation and features of the Ioniq5. We ultimately upgraded from the SEL to a Limited as the feature package was worth the money to us. Alexandra and her management team were very responsive and made the purchasing experience enjoyable. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and we were really impressed by Alexandra and Luther Bloomington Hyundai. More

Since, the dealership sought out and requested I give my feedback... This is only my second time ever purchasing a vehicle. The last time was over a decade ago, so, obviously a lot has changed, in general feedback... This is only my second time ever purchasing a vehicle. The last time was over a decade ago, so, obviously a lot has changed, in general. This time was not nearly as good of an experience as my only other comparison. (Interestingly enough, my previous experience was also with Luther - Luther Hopkins Honda - and was wonderful, both at time of purchase, and at least annually since then for routine and non-routine maintenance.) Luther Bloomington Hyundai happened to have a vehicle that matched my rather specific wish list, for which I am grateful. The experience was not bad, but it felt like there were a number of missteps along the way. Some of the missteps can be chalked up to working with a very green salesperson (not knowing much about the vehicle, asking me to look up the VIN for him on their website, misspelling my name, even though he spelled it right in my email address). There were also some missteps with follow through after the purchase (such as not giving my correct phone number to the Luther Automotive Performance Group for a service that was set up at the time of purchase, or not getting back to me when my license plate hadn't arrived prior to the expiration of the temporary license plate). Yes, everyone that I interacted with there was friendly, which I appreciate. And, yes, the people working there have the added obstacle of the dealership construction to deal with right now, which I'm sure isn't fun, but they make it work. Overall, I did not have a bad experience purchasing my vehicle from Luther Bloomington Hyundai, but I also did not have an experience there that I would care to repeat. More

I was so fortunate to have gotten Hector Inda Valdez as my salesman. He was 1000% professional, welcoming, helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly made me feel comfortable and felt no pr my salesman. We worked with a number of Sales people during the search for a Hyundai Tucson Blue car. During the process (3 months) we realized that the states around the upper midwest had very few available. Minnesota had about 6 in different cities. Wisconsin had two when we looked for them. Illinois (Chicago area) had about 3. Iowa, North and South Dakota didn't have any. Ben hung in there and kept the transaction on track. We would probably work with Ben on our next car purchase and we would definitely suggest that people looking for cars should work with him. More
