This is our second vehicle purchase in the past six months. Both times we worked with Jake Van Pelt. I know as I researched online, listened for a minute while he was explaining things to my 16 year-old son (who this vehicle was for), was satisfied with what I heard, & left them alone to discuss the vehicle. Give Jake that bonus....or at least a candy bar & let him know the Chicago White Sox could always use another fan when he's ready! More

I came in for an oil change and to find out why my car was getting louder. They found the problem,fixed it and gave me a ride to the mall in the meantime.
