My 2021 Hyundai Elantra was towed to this dealership on June 1 as it had leaked anti freeze all over my garage . Yesterday I received a call the part ordered for my car was in & I should call for appointment ! I have checked for 2 days & it is not there ! I NEED a loaner car but no such luck . Wonder if I were a male that would make a difference ? Or younger ? Had my car there on May 17 as it was leaking antifreeze & they replaced the coolant temp sensor seal . I have NEVER had such poor service on my life ! I am very concerned about the problems with this new car . I don’t have many miles on it …believe it is less than 200 . I definitely am sorry I purchased it even though I really like the styling . I paid for the vehicle which was a big mistake . I even talked with the Sales Manager yesterday because I really need a car & I have been more than patient . Who knew after purchasing a new car I would be confined to home because my car is in the shop again ! I purchased the car on April 30th . With all the competition there is in the car business I am shocked at the treatment I have received . More
