I found out the dealership had $1000 trade bonus special after I had taken the vehicle home. I was told yesterday that it was already included in the trade appraisal. I’m not happy at all. I got a bid for my trade, from the dealership I bought the vehicle from, that was basically the same amount without any bonus. The “bonus” was never disclosed to me and had I known about the bonus when I was there it would’ve been a different deal. It’s the first time in my life I’ve felt upset over buying a vehicle... and I was in the car business for a long time. Abdi is a very nice person. He’s professional and attentive. I bought the oldest 2022 Tucson they had in stock...like 35 days old. I would give the dealership a five but just because of this one thing I just can’t. I’m sorry. The building is nice and everyone is nice but it’s just the one thing that can just ruin everything for a person. I put that I would recommend the dealership for personal reasons. More

We were traveling back to Utah From Illinois. Our check engine light came on and car had a rough idle.
