Brandon worked with me first via online inquiry and then email to answer my questions on regards to multiple models I was comparing. We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and are impressed with the used vehicle inventory. Unfortunately we discovered both vehicles purchased on 6/17 had chips in the windshield that were not are impressed with the used vehicle inventory. Unfortunately we discovered both vehicles purchased on 6/17 had chips in the windshield that were not caught by the dealership. in addition, one of the vehicles purchased on 6/17 has a rear passenger side dent that had not been caught by the dealership prior to our purchase. The sale went really fast and I was impressed with the sales rep and finance officer however I wish we would’ve had additional time to inspect the vehicle prior to signing all of the paperwork as the dealership closed. DONT BUY ANY OIL CHANGE PLANS IN THE FINANCE DEPT WITH LUKE I leased a car and after the Finance Director Luke asked me about buying all the additional packages, I bought the oil changes because he said (Hyu I leased a car and after the Finance Director Luke asked me about buying all the additional packages, I bought the oil changes because he said (Hyundai does not want Jiffy Lube to do them.) I realized soon after that the oil change plan now cost me over $136.00 for 1 oil change, because Hyundai already covers 6 of them on their maintenance plan. I asked Luke for a refund of $273.00 on May 18 2020. I had to go in and sign a cancellation quote cover page for $273.00 which apparently comes OFF the LAST lease payment in 36 months. 1 month later- 6-16-2020, I followed up to verify at 800-742-7896 and she told me that no paperwork was ever sent to them to cancel tthe oil changes. I called luther Hyundai and spoke with Luke again today (who is always in a hurry) and he found my cancellation form, and simply entered it into the computer and I received a cancellation email to verify what he said. DONT BUY ANY ADDITIONAL PLANS. Its a rip off. More
