New battery needed My battery condition was flagged at my regular 68,000 mile check. I did not have time to replace it then so I stopped in two days later. My new battery was installed in about 45 minutes and I had the comfort of knowing my car would be starting in the cold weather!! More

Slow!!!!! I had a coupon for an oil change and after being told that the coupon wouldn’t work for my car, I was also told there were two recalls on my car(which I had a coupon for an oil change and after being told that the coupon wouldn’t work for my car, I was also told there were two recalls on my car(which I appreciated). I was told that it would take about 2 hours and I was finally called too get the car after 3 and a half hours of sitting and waiting at the dealership. I do appreciate getting the recalls done, but I definitely could have gotten the oil changed for cheaper and quicker somewhere else! More
