We had a tire going flat that had a locked lug nut and no key, so we had problem! It was a Saturday morning and we drove into the service center unannounced. We asked them to evaluate the leak to see if the tire could be repaired. We waited in the waiting room for a short time and the diagnosis came back. The tire had a screw and couldn’t be repaired, so two new tires were ordered, we got the car back a couple days later. We had all the lock nuts removed so we would never have this problem again. They did a great job! More
