The service, wait time (quicker than expected) and in person communication were perfect. I do wish that someone would have informed me, during the phone conversation, about the drop off process. The work itself is fine. The wait times are unacceptable. Made a APPOINTMENT, brought my car in and not until 2 1/2 days later did they even diagnose the problem… once they d The wait times are unacceptable. Never was I told in advance they’d be keeping my car so long before even diagnosing the problem. I also was kept in the dark completely… no updates unless I called them to ask what was going on. More
