My initial interaction with a sales rep was average. He may have been having a bad day. I received a follow up email survey so I called the sales manager and we discussed my experience. When I went to do the paperwork Tony took care of me and Jamie spent :45 going over everything on the truck. I live over 1.5 hours away and they are delivering the truck.
