Not allowed to talk to technician who said I should spend over $7500 on car repairs after I paid $115 for a diagnostic test. I wanted to ask him questions. This Ashley was not knowledgeable and couldn't an over $7500 on car repairs after I paid $115 for a diagnostic test. I wanted to ask him questions. This Ashley was not knowledgeable and couldn't answer my concerns. Not a good experience at this dealership. Been better to go to a private mechanic. Service was quite snooty that I couldn't talk to the technician in person or on the phone when I called back. More

I would’ve given 5 stars, but when I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle, I was told it was at an offsite detailer. The car I got into clearly had not been detailed at all. The engine cover was also hanging off and peeling back, which I noticed only after I got home and heard scraping underneath the car. I love the car, but if it had actually been detailed like the dealer said and if I didn’t have to have the engine cover put on correctly after leaving, I would’ve given 5. More
