We only got one key with the car we purchased. We went back to Luther Brookdale Mazda 3 different Wednesdays to get a key made and the person who makes keys wasn’t there. Another locksmith was called and back to Luther Brookdale Mazda 3 different Wednesdays to get a key made and the person who makes keys wasn’t there. Another locksmith was called and he offered to come to where we live which was at least 45 minutes away. He was able to make the key and program it to our car in 15 minutes. He was very accommodating. More

Overall I had a quick and easy experience in the dealership with Chad. There was only one unfortunate hiccup when the dealership could not locate the spare key. I was told I had to bring in m vehicl dealership with Chad. There was only one unfortunate hiccup when the dealership could not locate the spare key. I was told I had to bring in m vehicle for at least 2 hours to program a spare key. I told Chad that I was disappointed in this situation. He completely made up for this inconvenience and then some by driving out to my place of work on New Year's Eve and he personally drove the car to be serviced. He even brought my car back in time for my lunch break. I am honestly shocked at his dedication. More

Chad Walzack is the best. He was Incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our new CX-5. We also own a 2016 Mazda CX-5, with over 90,000 miles which is still like new. The 2020 model we purchased is even more quiet and yet very responsive. After we picked up the vehicle at the dealership, we had a blizzard with 6 inches of snow that compacted on the roads into sheer ice. The 2020 CX5 drove as though the pavement was dry. Incredibly sure footed. I hope to have the opportunity to refer friends and family to the dealership and especially to Chad Walzak. The service we have received at Luther Brookdale with our 2016 CX5 has always been superior as well. More
