I started out with a positive vibe from this place, but as soon as an issue arose with my car, they dropped the ball. It’s clear that the only reason Luther Brookdale Mazda is not fixing the malfunctioning as soon as an issue arose with my car, they dropped the ball. It’s clear that the only reason Luther Brookdale Mazda is not fixing the malfunctioning blind spot detection system(which has never functioned properly since I bought the car) is because they may not get reimbursed by Mazda the parent company. In other words, they may have to eat the cost of the repair. Everyone I’ve talked to at Mazda about the problem claims they believe me, but since they can’t duplicate the malfunction, they won’t replace the malfunctioning system. It only malfunction s after I’ve been on the road for many miles. More

Very professional and offered me my best deal, trust me, I looked around! I felt silly that I bought the coverage protection warranty because I don't see myself ever needing it in the next 5-6 years.
