Great work for healthcare providers I was very happy to learn that Mazda was doing free oil changes for HCW during covid19. They were professional, quick and the work was done well. Everyone was very professional to work with despite Luther's closing technique. Be prepared to end up in the finance office, with documents presented for signing, prior to knowing details of financing, Luther's closing technique. Despite the Carfax showing no accidents, there have been little things I've noticed to indicate the vehicle was in a major accident. Driver side headlight is newer than passenger side, the insignia on the trunk are of different ages (brand name new, and one letter of model is newer than the rest). It would be great if the dealership would take responsibility for their products. The response I got regarding the previous damage to the front end was generic, "We only know what was shared with us about the vehicle." They have the resources of dozens assumed professional body repair and mechanics. You can't tell me that they didn't recognize the indicators of previous damage. I can only hope that they were responsible and thorough with their own inspection and repairs, making prior damage a non issue. This was my second purchasing experience with Luther, likely my last. More

Happy so far. While I know that most auto dealerships want to hear how wonderful they are for their franchisors, I for one am tired of having to complete reviews. I have two CX-5's and one CX-9, all of which were purchased in the pas 8 months. If I wanted to waste my time filling out reviews, I would do so on my own without incessant emails from the dealerships. So, please stop sending me these requests! More
