It was a great first car buying experience. I was searching for my first car to buy. I saw a car I was interested in on the Luther site. I sent an email of interest and Eric Palmer contacted me right away the following day. I told him that I was pretty meticulous and would be traveling about 80 miles. He took pictures and video of the car and sent it to me. We were communicating back and forth the entire morning. I decided to go see it. He had the car ready for me when I arrived. He showed me a couple other vehicles he thought would be of interest to me as well. I wasn't pressured at all. Eric was busy but continued to make time for me. I ended up buying a car (Not the one I drove up for but another with more options). The dealership was clean, well kept and nice. The entire experience was great. Eric was fantastic, he was completely honest in his assessment of the car and the process. I would recommend him and I will definitely seek him out when I'm in the market for my next car. More
