wonderful experience I am honestly so happy I went to Luther. I wasn't in the market for a new car (I had just gotten a 2016 CX-5 14 months ago from another dealer, but wa I am honestly so happy I went to Luther. I wasn't in the market for a new car (I had just gotten a 2016 CX-5 14 months ago from another dealer, but was t-boned and my car was totaled). I was supposed to drive to see another car, but chose to drive to Luther instead just to look. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted (a 2016 Cx-5 grand touring) but when I went over my wish list with Ross, he opened my eyes to other options (a 2017 cx-5 with waaaaaay less miles and all the features I needed). I found the most perfect car, and they let me put a deposit on it until the insurance mess from my accident was sorted out. The whole process with them was much better than my experience with another Mazda dealer. I also wanted a few additions (3m protectant and apple car play/android auto) and they were both added to my car by the time I was able to purchase it/pick it up, so I didn't have to return to have all of that done.
